Summer is hands down the best time to be in Montreal. The city comes alive with festivals and performances. There's jazz, art, pop, comedy- basically any type of celebration you can think of. What's even better is your professors take you to them! During class time we were almost always walking the streets tasting food, talking to vendors and locals, and learning about the history of where we were.
